I remember a time during my school days when computers didn’t exist. Everything was done manually. All tasks had to be performed by hand, and searching for information was only possible in the library among stacks of books.

Now, computers, the internet, and artificial intelligence (AI) simplify many aspects of our lives. While these technological advancements have undoubtedly enhanced our daily routines, they also present significant challenges if we fail to prepare Indonesia’s workforce to utilize and coexist with AI.

The rapid advancement of artificial intelligence has transformed talent requirements across nearly all industries and necessitated swift upskilling of the workforce.

If we cannot adapt, the potential for increased unemployment due to AI is substantial. Certainly, we do not want this to happen in Indonesia.
