Prabowo Beli Lego untuk Bocah Rusia-Indonesia: Moment Penuh Kasih

A heartwarming and joyful moment took place in the lobby of a hotel in St. Petersburg during the state visit of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto to Russia. Amidst a crowd of Indonesian citizens residing in Russia, including students, migrant workers, and members of the diaspora, President Prabowo interacted with the children of an Indonesian-Russian couple. One of the sons boldly asked the President for a Lego set, and to everyone’s surprise, the request was granted instantly.

The President warmly greeted the crowd and approached the children of Ambar Rukmi, an Indonesian woman from Solo now living in Russia. Engaging in a conversation with the children, Prabowo admired one of the boys for his charm and innocence, complimenting him as “very handsome.” The young boy then humorously asked the President if he spoke English, to which Prabowo responded with laughter and warmth.

In a heartwarming moment, the child expressed his wish for a Lego set, prompting President Prabowo to instruct his personal secretary to get the boy and his brother a Lego set. The spontaneous exchange left a lasting impression on the parents, particularly Ambar, who expressed her gratitude and hope for an Indonesian Consulate in St. Petersburg.

This touching gesture showcased President Prabowo’s approachable and compassionate nature, transcending official protocol and resonating with the crowd. It not only brought smiles but also highlighted the President’s genuine connection with the people, leaving a memorable mark during his visit to Russia.
